Johnson 50 hp oil injected fuel connector to

I have a Johnson 50 hp oil injected outboard and I am in the process of getting a 4-stroke kicker. Would there be any problems in just disconnecting the Johnson's fuel hose connector and attaching it to a 4-stroke kicker when I wanted to run the kicker? My Alumacraft has a built-in gas tank and it sure would make things easier.

Not a problem at all. If you need to, you can easily make a "patch hose", with the "male" OMC connector on one end, and the appropriate motor connector on the other, in the event you switch kicker brands.
