I have been unable to get windows vista home premium to play aqua-vu video, which is in A.S.F. format. Dell said vista is not compatible with A.S.F. format. Has anyone else had this problem with their dvr recorded video ? Anyone have a solution, aqua-vu had no answer but as vista gets out there this could effect lots of people. Thanks for any help.
