I WAS WONDERING IF ANY OF YOU PEOPLE HAVE BEEN TO SHELBYVILLE? IF YOU HAVE COULD YOU TELL ME WHAT KIND OF SPINNER BAIT WORKS THE BEST,OR CRANKBAIT WORKS THE BEST, OR WHAT YOU THINK WORKS THE BEST.

I have not chased walleye on Shelbyville, but I have friends who do. They swear by pulling large shad or silver with blue back colored Shad Raps starting in April. They stay near the dam/spillway area and the various main-lake points in the area. Some of them suggest using a flatline method or fishing for suspended fish with plugs behind boards.

I have found that trolling cranks works well on flats. Jigging on points, and vertical jigging humps. Did real good last year.
