i just put a 200/50 ducer on my transom and tried it out today. the 200 worked great and even seemed to work at high speed (30+) better than my 200 skimmer. it read bottom very well w/ little inference. however the 50 seemed very poor. when i would go to just 50 screen it wouldnt read past surface clutter and screen would freeze and after awhile it would take off. even when on split 200/50 screen it would freeze them both. not sure what is going on.....any ideas? i recently did a software update on both my 110c (unit addressing above) and 337c, they had original software from 05' on them. since doing this i have noticed the picture sometimes seems different. for lack of good explanation i can only say seems like definition is kinda poor...kinda like the the colorl level is fuzzy. i think i want the old version back. while i'm going off here...another question is the 337c on the bow i can run off the minnkota universal or a lowrance 200 skimmer on the t.m. i noticed that when t.m. power at 10-20 the picture turns black while on universal sonar. also similar problems when trying the split freq. on the bow as with the 110c at console. has me confused and wondering if it is do to the software upgrade...unfortunetly i havent had this boat long so hard to refrence back to before upgrade. any input would be appreciated

i did record the poor resolution issue from cpl weeks ago and have it on the sonar viewer but dont know how to capture that screen to attach to a post or email so that i can send to lowrance. any insight how i would go about that?
