Does any one know what is going on with my charger? I have the Skeeter two bank and when I plug it in the lights flash funny and then go out. I checked with a meter and there is no voltage present at the leads. Will it do this if the bats are fully charged?

Take the charger leads off and check output with muli-meter .

I had the same problem . I contacted Dual Pro and upgraded to a 3 bank 15 amp for way less than the cost of a new charger. Give them a call 615.471.5300
