Kwik drop seat

I've been thinking about buying one of those Kwik Drop Seat. They look nice. But at 120.00, a bit pricey. But, I just saw them on sale for 69.00. That is a heck of a lot more reasonable. So, again, what are the opinions on this thing. Good, bad, or indifferent?

They have been banned from at least one fishing board for "rude" behavior... Nitro/Tracker Owners Web Site. They got banned for posting phoney questions like this (I'm not saying this one is phoney at all... just reporting what happened). They were taking advantage of the board's owner by doing end runs on paying for ads. They were warned several times and kept it up anyway. I like to choose to do business with people with higher ethical standards. So, I personally would never, ever buy their product because of their past behavior.

I was thinking about buying one to. I watched the video. The guy in the front seat sets a hook, and rears back. It looks like there is a lot of give, and he leans too far back. Not sure if I liked that.
