With the shortened Fall night bite on Erie did anyone have any luck with these?
Also do you think that trolling them in the spring will work? I did run a couple early Nov. out in front of Huron, but the fish wanted Bare Naked 800's. Maybe I should of stayed with the 900 longer?

I didn't get the chance to use them night fishing but I did have some luck with them during the day. Scott did come out with them in the bare naked version, so get a couple and try it again this spring. For a big bait they done really pull very hard. I was wondering if the musky and stripper fisherman were having any luck with them.

I managed to catch several walleye over 10lbs this fall on the BOQ using the 900 in purple prism.

I pulled one for better than an hr one evening on erie at the right depth but either they didn't like the action or color because I was catching on another (right) color of rr on the 2nd rod. The 1st rod caught fish when I put the 900 series away and switched to the "right" color of 800 series ripstick. Not much of a test. A cooperative pod of fish liked the 1st baits I tried my only other trip and never got around to trying the big baits...

I really liked the action and will try a few more. Lots of muskie potential IMO. Cranberry was sold out the last time I was up there. With that many being sold, you'd think there would be some reports...

BTW - what's with this shortened fall nite bite business? It gets dark about the same time as always and it's still Fall for a couple of weeks lol
