Is there a board here specifically for off topic subjects????
For discussing non-walleye fishing stuff? General outdoor stuff? Really, just for BS'n?

You just posted on it. The general discussion board is for all topics, but most importantly topics pertaining to Walleye fishing and related activities. But, it has also had it's share of non-fishing related topics, so feel free to use it for your topics. (As long as they are not bashing, or advertising related please).
