I saw a post that talked about trolling with flys. Is this another colored bobber storie or have I been missing a not much talked about pattern for catching eyes. If any one could share what it is all about it would be greatly appreciated. THANKS TO ALL FONZ

Never heard of trolling flys for eyes but a dodger fly combo is excellent for Great Lakes salmon and trout. If you are interested in catching walleyes on flys, they will pound flys if you hit the right pattern. I always bring my fly rod to Mille Lacs and when the eyes are rising on the surface taking mayflys, throw wooly buggers and larger mayfly emerger patterns and hang on.
