I buy a split 1/4 of beef a couple of times a year and the market I used to get them from has now closed. I wondered if anyone has any information to share or recommendations on meat markets near the Twin Cities? I know this is a walleye forum but I gotta eat too!!

One of the best, if not the best, is Ready Meats on 37th and Johnson over in St Anthony. They have incredible meat and the prices are very competitve. It's a old world butcher shop with great service.

Thanks Guys. I am going to give them a try. I called and it sounds like they have a freezer pack for $250.00 you choose what you want beef, pork, chicken or whatever from the counter and you get 10% off. Sounds like a good deal and you can get a variety too. I will let you know how I do. Again thanks for the replies.
