I wanted to let my fellow Boating enthusiasts know of some phenomenal customer service I received from the Dual Pro Charger Company!
I have a 2003 Skeeter with a Dual Pro charger in it and started having some problems with performance. I e-mailed Dual Pro from there customer support web site and within minutes I received the first of several helpful responses. Then customer service rep walked me through the trouble shooting process and once we determined the problem he promptly gave me his direct line to arrange shipping of a new charger.
Needless to say I will never own another charger that is not built by Dual Pro and would encourage you to take a good look at there product as well!

I am not affiliated with this company in any way… Just a happy customer.

I had a similar experience with Dual Pro in my 2003 619. The customer service guy helped me with the trouble shooting, determined it was a faulty unit. I also wanted to move the charger fromt he starboard compartment to the rear port compartment, to free up some storage space int he forward starboard compartment. He said no problem and sent me a new saltwater stainless steel model that had I think 10-15 foot leads so I could reach the batteries in the rear starboard compartment. This happened in 2004 and the charger has worked flawlessly since. I wonder if they had some problems with that years oem chargers?

I too must say that I have been extremely impressed wtih their service. Their customer service responses are extremely quick and they bend over backwards to help you. I have recently purchased another Dual Pro SE Xtreme (2 bank) and they were great helping me with a very simple troubleshooting question (I screwed up and stripped the insulation off of a battery lead when pulling leads through a bulk head and created a short).

I couldn't be happier with their products and support....

Not sure what happened to the reply I posted on this thread yesterday. So, I will post it again.

I have also had great experience with Dual Pro. This past summer their customer service rep helped me determine whether I had a battery problem or a charger problem -- a situation that Batteries Plus was unable to help me with. It turns out the batteries and charger were both operating properly -- something I was able to check with the rep's help.

And, I mentioned I was thinking about buying a more powerful charger. The rep told me they had some "refubs" that they were offering at great prices. Seeing as I was leaving for Canada in 2 days he offered to get one to me overnight at no extra shipping charge to me. The "refurb" arrived the next morning, worked fine, and went to Canada with me as my main charger (I kept the old Dual Pro as a backup).

Great service. Knowledgable people. Good product.

If all company's treated customers like Dual Pro does it would be a wonderful world....

I also had great company service with dual pro! I had a faulty unit that was replaced promptly with great communtication with the company service rep.
