I have a chance to buy a CS400A for $48.00. Will it hold up and operate as well as my Garcia 6500c3?

I have used the CS200A's for a couple of years now, and have not had any trouble with them. I really like them for bottom bouncing, and heavy vertical jigging. A pretty straight forward reel, not many whistles and buzzers, just a good solid reel. Look on ebay, they always sell for less than $40.
