My friend is looking for Splash Guards for his Lund Alaskan. He is aware of Wave Wackers, but are there other good alternatives that you can recommend? How to reach them also.
Thanks ......RocFish

Hello RocFish:

You can look into the "Walleye Masters" Splash Guards. They are out of Miltona, MN. Phone number is (218)943-6221.

I just put on a pair of white caps. They are very similar to wackers but half the price. You can find them at whitecapmfg.com or call them at 612-440-2158. I am very pleased with mine. Good luck.

i recently made my own.i went and bought1/4 in. temperd plexiglass, and made enough of them to outfit 3 boats.using hidges i bought at the hardware store (stainless) i made them removeableby the time i was done i made and installed 3 sets for less than the cost of 1 set.and sold 2 of them and made a small profit to boot. Some times it just easier to do it your self.good luck to you ,longrifle

My vote goes with Whitecap splashguards. I priced out a pair of wave wackers and Walleye Masters, and found the Whitecaps to be the most economical. Also, they are based on the same design of Wave Wackers. Plus, they are very easy to install. You can find the website under the product links on the mainpage of this site.
