How to do a Poll???

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post, but here goes.

In "Strictly fishing" there was a thread called:::: POLL:Live bait or Gulp

How do set one of these up? I'd like to ask a few questions?
Pretty neat how it worked.

Look below the message box when you click on "new thread".

There is a box you need to check that says, "Poll" in the "Additional Options" section.
