I was wondering if there is anyone here who regularly fishes the Mississippi River in Praire Du Chein?Is there anything happening there?

Stump, right now there's not to much happening at the Lynxville dam. You can work the winter hole below the dam, but there are few fish being caught that are keeper size. If you have the patience you can work the lower end of the false locks and below the float and get a legal sized fish or two. But by no means would I call the action fast and furious. I see in the fishing reports that Lawrence E. posted they are getting a lot of males at the Genoa dam. Maybe you should think about heading north one dam?? As soon as something starts to happen I'll post another report and Scott's good at gettting them updated the same day. Maybe this big blow were having will stir em up some?? Hutch
