Any one have pictures or thoughts as where to place speakers in a 620?

You should have a round access panel underneath both the driver and passenger side cons. Remove those and replace with speakers.

That's normally where they put them. It makes it easy to do the wiring.

Actually, Ranger does not install them where the access covers are. There are some pics in my profile that came from Ranger that should help you. The access covers, in my opinion, are too far up and away to get good sound. But, I like to rock, so you may be able to get away with an inferior location. I'd also have to check to see if there even is an access panel cover on the driver's side...

If you look at these pictures (621) you can see where Ranger put them, they are more forward than they look actually under the console about mid way from the top of the gunnel to the floor, same position on both sides.

right, those access panel holes are too big. Mount below and back on the port side, and on the stbd side they go right in roughly the same spot, but don't go too low or you won't have enough depth!

Thanks for the heads up Gramps. I've always wanted a radio in the boat, but never have till this year. :)

Good to know. I'll tell my "source" he was WRONG!

I love it when I get to tell him that....hehehe

What!? I'm going to put a radio in my little river boat! I don't catch any fish ever, so I have to have something to pass the time! ha ha

Just something to keep the girls happy. The only sound I listen to when I am fishing is the line running off of my reel.
