Fishing Journal Software

Looking for some software for a fishing journal. Any one know who carries a good one. Can it be modified? sorted? searched? There should be a couple out there somewhere, just looking for the best.

I tried a couple different software packages, but was never satisfied. Instead, I created a table in Excel that included all the info that I needed. Searching and sorting of the records is simple and if you are experienced, you can create an input template and search templates. Works great for me!
