Do you run your unit in "bottom tracking colour mode" or white back ground, or ? and why.

I use the one called "ice view". Don't know what that's supposed to mean but the colors are bright and the background is white. I have tried all the combinations and this is the one that was most appealing to me.
Bottom tracking is good because it gives a good contrast between the bottom (brown), and the different colors of what is in between.
Really it just depends on what is pleasing to the eye (of the owner).
