I could out to the barn and measure, but I thought someone here would know the answer. Altough it sunny here in central Wisconsin, it is quite cold and blustery.

How long of rods can be stored in the Mr. Pike Rod locker (port side)?

Yup, a 7 foot rod is the longest you will fit in there!

The rod lockers are my only gripe with this boat. Andy yes, they are 7'.

Alright, sounds like 7 foot is the answer.

Is that exactly 84"?

In another post, I asked about retractable butt section rods:
The length of an 8 footer is 78 inches and the length of an 8'6 is 86 inches retracted. (At least in the Bass Pro P&K series)

Can I go with the 8'6" retractables in the Mr. Pike. Is it about 7' or exactly 7' is the question?

Thanks in advance for anyone with an opinion (or point of fact).
