New, never run Flo-Torq IV aft adaptor (Mercury #878584) and Delrin/Titanium drive sleeve (Mercury #896232). Update your current hub kit to the "IV" style, re-using your existing thrust washer and tab washer/nut, for a 1/3 of the cost of the complete kit.

Do you still have the hub kit (all five pieces)? If so, I'm interested in buying it. I assume that it will work on an Opti with a Rev 4 prop, right? Thanks in advance,

Sorry, didn't read the whole post. My current Flo Torq II thrust washer is the same as the FT 4 one, right? Still interested.
