I suggest you read through the pages posted on the thread "Red River Sumo Greenbacks and Kewl Video" for the hottest tackle and strategies advice given anywhere on the net or in print this year. What Backwater Eddy and others have to say is groundbreaking stuff that will work anywhere in walleyedom for the biggest walleye that swim. I truly believe these guys are on pace to land the new ice record walleye within the next year or so. Check out what they have to say.

I have caught plenty of suspended walleyes in small inland reservoirs. However most are structure related. Your fish spawn on the dam? Come away from the dam heading up the lake and work the big points with creek channels sweeping in close-keep working up the resy until you find them. The best points will be large and have a hump of some sort off the end. The other places to look in little resys like busse are timbered coves. Hope you have Chubby Darters they are a phenominal bait, fish them 3 to 5 feet off the bottom, higher if you see suspendos. Work all the depths around these points/humps.
