Does anyone know where i can get the in-boat stand up rod holders like the ones ive seen at cabelas, but the ones that actually snap in to the seat mounts so they wont fall out in rough water? Thanks

You are referring to a product known as the Rod Wrangler. Unfortunately they appear to have gone out of business within the last month. I have not heard of any legitimate alternatives yet.

The"anglers tote" that appears in the same section in the Cabela's mags, does have a system to hold them, (8 rods), in a standing position in your boat, a hanging horizontal position in the truck or topper and also in the garage/house.Also great to carry between the boat and house, going through doorways, alone. I used the same one for years. I dunno...seems to work for me....
