I have 2 lowrance finders on my boat .One was added this year. I now am having trouble with both losing their signal. They are fine then will go up to 30-300 ft when i'm in 15ft of water. Is this because the transducers are too close together or ? . Any help would be great. Thanks..

Hey Walleyed,

If both your units are using the same frequency transducer, I'm surprised they work at all, simultaniously.

If both are 192 khz, you'll need to run either one at a time or get a 50khz transducer for one of them.

Good luck......R

You are having interference from the other unit. I bet if you look you are getting vertical lines also. Run one at a time and you will have no problem, or like the other post mentioned get a 50khz transducer. I am sure both are 192khz. I get the same between my two units on my Lund even when one is on the bow trolling motor and the other is at the stern at certain depths, of course if I run them at the same time.
