Does anyone have a Wilcraft? If so, I have a few questions:
1. How is the quality?
2. How comfortable are they?
3. How are they in snow?
4. If you have tracks, how much does that help?
Thanks. I'm kind of interested in one but need to know a little more as there's none in our area.

I got one this past year. Haven't had any issues with it, IMO it is well built and reliable. They are what they are, a bare bones oddly steered cart that floats and covers the essentials of a 2 man trap well. I don't like fishing two out of it unless the 2nd is a kid or a newbie, basically you only have 2 usable holes at most depths. They are surprisingly roomy once setup.
I haven't had too many issues in the snow, never had over 10' of accumulation at any point on the river since I've had it. It gets fairly slow in deeper snow (8-10mph in 8".) If you live in higher snow areas, you probably won't be able to use it for extended periods of time, tracks or no tracks. I'd guess that the tracks might buy you a couple of inches, but I bet it would be at a crawl. They really start to shine this time of year and obviously on early ice when you're dieing to short-stick it.

Now for the specific questions you posted.
I think blueroof covered the quality and comfort quite well.
Two guys is quite comfortable. I fish with one jigging in the front hole, one jigging in the rear hole and run the electronics in the middle hole.
As far as snow, it handles snow about like any ATV with 11 inches of clearance.
For deeper snow, if you go with the tracks on the back you would also want the skis on the front. That setup does take more power and does reduce your speed; so if that's what you're thinking, you should go with a 10hp engine and a heavy duty torque converter (snowmobile clutch). This will still reduce your speed, but not as drastically; (blueroof has an 8horse with a medium duty torque converter).

I fished out of one for the first time this year. I believe the quality is really good. The top was high quality and looked very durable. The unit had the upgraded insulated cover.
The comfort was average. As said above, I think this is at the most a 2 person "hut". The way the top angles the guy sitting in the front isn't very comfortable. In fact for us, the guy in the front sat on a bucket instead of the bench.
It snowed about a foot the day we used it. It didn't get stuck, but may have. There were 3 of us and we were able to push it through anything necessary. The unit is very light.
I have no idea about the tracks, but would wonder what the performance would be like if the unit fell through the ice.

If you go to the MN State Fair, stop and see them.
They'll be on the east side of the poultry building (about halfway between the DNR fish pond and the all-you-can-drink milk booth)

Wilcraft makes a fine product ...not picking on them at all with the cookies comment. I hope to be running one myself some time soon.
The comment that they are near the free Milk..put me onto the idea...Eh... they need free cookies at there booth.....just makes for wise advertising to me. :)
