Perch fishing remains good on BIG SPIRIT lAKE in 20' of water...Forage Minnow Spoons and the like, tipped with a minnow head...or a small minnow. A dead stick rod with a lighly hooked minnow on a gold thin wire wire hook a split shot and a small foam float is a great combination....still truck traffic where you find a good drive on spot ,which can change every day or so..A.T.V.s no problem...24" of good ice yet...??? you can usually catch a mess of 8 to 10 inchers especially on minnows.....Wear your ice creepers...The ice is hard as a rock should you take a spill.....Walleyes on center lake...late afternoon...
