waubay level to drop several feet

I was adviced by several anglers that live near Waubay that the lake level may be dropped up to 5 feet. The plan is to put in larger culverts and dump it into Bitter lake. Any further info would be appreciated. Thanks in advance..

Don't know about the culvert thing but I do know it's already dumping into bitter quite fast. I wouldn't worry, lake will be fished out long before the lake gets shallow.
