Can anyone make a recommendation, and why, for a mapping chip for the Port CLinton area- western basin? I am looking at Navionics Premium and Nauticpath- I have a Lowrance globalmap 3500. If there is a better option, I am all ears. Thanks in advance.

LakeMaster's Michigan chip includes the western basin of Erie, US and Canadian water, all the way to Bay Village in the western suburbs of Cleveland. 3 ft contours, buoys, lake features, etc.

Navionics HotMaps N or E 4 ($99 msrp) has Lake Erie all the way to Buffalo US side and all the West Basin both US and Canada (reefs 1' HD info), Sag Bay, St CLair, Grand Traverse (1'), Bays De Noc, plus all those HD inland lakes too.
