Anybody know how muddy the water is or if anybody has gotten out and done any good for perch or coho along the south side of the lake after all the weather earlier this week??

I've been keeping my eyes peeled for reports and I've heard the water is chocolate milk around the ditch from all of the flood waters pouring out of the creek. Plus the gale force west winds for a couple of days probably didn't help water clarity any. I'm sure there will be better visibility near the port, but I can't say how much. If I was up that way this weekend I'd definitely go out there with as calm as it's going to be, I've done very well in murky water for coho, steelhead, and browns. It won't be ideal, but if you can find some sort of "clearer" water it could be game on.

This is what I heard from a buddy that was bass fishing on the big lake today.Lots of boats at the warm water discharge west of the port of Indiana catching coho.Casting for bass with dark colored tubes they themselves caught 4 coho at the warm water.I think I will be there tomorrow. If you see me in the white ranger with the son say hello.....
