FBNR and City of Buffalo

The City of Buffalo and the Friends of the Buffalo Niagara Rivers are sponsoring a conference regarding waterfront development on April 6th at the Buffalo Convention Center.
The Conference is called "State of the Waters: Buffalo's Lakes, Rivers and Streams" and will discuss the projects underway to develop public access to the waterfront (we have reviewed the Walleye's access report as part of the project) as well as the ongoing ecological problems (contamination, loss of habitat, etc) which undermine those efforts. We have invited Senator Clinton to speak on the 30th anniversary of the Clean Water Act as the keynote address.
