I left the ignition key on all winter after winterizing my 225 etec. Could I have caused any damage? After charging the battery the fuel pump charged and the motor fired

No damage leaving the key on. The computer memory will show the number of hours the EMM was powered up and it will be longer than the recorded running hours. That's all.
