I just called over to Ontario to get a 7 day fishing license for the RCL in Detroit.

Seems their Provincial Employees have decided to strike, so If you are in need of getting a license You have to actually enter Ontario and purchase the license Atleast until the strike is over. They are not processing any faxed applications.

If you have to go to Canada to get a licence Wallys Baits is located under the bridge. Traffic has been flowing well with only rush hr times being backed up for about 1/2 at the most.

Lakeside staff drives over weekly and buys Canadian licenses - it's a real decent service. However, beware that they charge the Canadian price in American dollars for this service - no exchange, it's their "fee."

Thanks folks, I didn't think to ask about Online apps, DUH.
I assumed that if the Managers weren't processing faxed
applications that the same would apply to e-traffic.

But I have been told before about assuming. :)
