Has enyone herd that Evinrude is comming out with a new 9.9hp Etech and will it have its own power trim ?

There have been rumors of the 9.9 E Tec for a few years now. The launch date has been pushed back several times. I don't think BRP even knows anymore.

Spoke with a sales rep few days ago, and asked that question. According to his info from BRP, as it is right now, the production costs are too much in order to be profitable and still be competitive in that 9.9 kicker market. But are still working on cost solution.

If that's the case BRP should just buy small 4 stroke powerheads from Suzuki and build a kicker and small engines off those. For that matter they own Rotax and they already make 4 stroke engines, so it shouldn't be too much of a stretch to build their own. The one caviot is Evinrude/BRP really promote the E-Tec is better than a four stroke.

BRP still sells a 9.9hp 4 stroke Johnson. I'm not sure if they are still a Suzuki powerhead. The 9.9 is now the only motor still made with the Johnson badge.
