I have a 2007 Ranger 620. I am bringing it in for a couple minor warranty issues regarding two small holes from voids in the gel coat behind the livewell. I brought the boat into my shop to clean it up and noticed more issues. First, the gel coat around the motor mount bolts is all cracked off exposing the fiberglass below. The second issue is on the hull near the bow just below the rubber seal their is a bubble about the size of a half dollar that the finish is really dull looking. Is this something I should be concerned about regarding a bad gel coat application on the entire boat? Has anyone else had these issues?

I would take it back to your dealer and let them deal with it. Your dealer will take pictures and send it back to Ranger and they will probably take care of the problem.........

It is fairly common. But, it is not a structural thing.
Let the dealer take care of it.
