There is definitely something wrong with the Navionics Premium 2009 North chip around the St. Croix River. Wouldn't you know it is in EXACTLY the area I fish much of the time. I have made sure that I am using the SEMN mapping on my lowrance 522. For those that know the area, if you look just south of Cedar Bend, there will be some contour lines in the river and then suddenly the mapping of the river is cut off with a straight line. At that point there is NO representation of the river until you get down to Stillwater. It is clearly in error in the mapping chip as the map ends right through some contour lines on the river (not just the general river outline).
Wade, if you see this post, have you heard about anything similar to this? Should I be contacting Navionics about this error? Has anyone else seen this on their chip?
I just don't get it. I can't believe that it is the EXACT area I fish so often - that is why I am beating this thread to death.
