The vast majority of registered sites, with message boards, I visit allow you to brag about your play toys through the use of the signature area on your profile. I think it is about time this site follow suit. At the same time, you can see if someone lives the way they preach.
So here is mine. Join the new crowd today.

Here's mine.
14 foot sports pal canoe. Grand fathers old fiber glass steel eyed fishing rod an old mitchel 300 with broken bail spring and reverse lock ain't working.
A life time of teaching my son and daughter that it's not dreaming about what the other guy has got but to use what you have to get what you want. For me that's more than enough to brag about.

Lets cut Jesse some slack. Eventually he will understand that while material things are nice...they wont last forever and enough is never enough. At the end of the day....they will lower all of us into the ground with exacty what we entered into the world with....nothing. Jesse, enjoy your family, friends and the short time we have here on earth.
Jesse: Two words-GROW UP.

I choose not to grow up, where is the fun in that. If I did I would have to sell it all.
On the other hand, if you need an opinion on those things I own or have participated in I'll give you my 2 cents.
The "bragging" was the joke part, but the rest is not. As a visitor of vechicle sites, it is nice to see what people are using and modififying things with. This practice is standard else where.
Please feel free to ignore my posts.

When this site becomes a place to brag about toys
I wont be on it!
Toys are great and I have my share of them but
I would trade them all for a healthy family!!!
Idiot!
Amen Seamonster, this bragging about your toys is very infantile. Get a life Jesse.

I am simply moved to respond.
My bragging today is this.
My 36 year old cousin moved into his "own" apartment today. He has been homeless since he was 16. An untimely divorce of his parents and then death of his mother put him in the streets at an early age. Being that he was 1000's of miles from me I had no idea of his whereabouts. Then out of the blue he calls, we sent him a bus ticket and he moved in with our family. He arrived without a dime to his name. No teeth, could not read/write.
Now, 7 months later,I am happy to say he is working full time, has a full set of teeth and is learning to read. And is very happy to have his OWN place. I love this guy. He has a big heart. I am happy to now know him.
Remember to reach out to your loved ones.
I am very glad that he gave me the opportunity to be a part of his life. I would do it again in a second.
There is much more to this story but I will not bore you with everything, However, there is one thing I must add. The day I took him to Cabelas to get his first very own rod and reel was a day to behold. We have gone fishing together and will do much more. I even got to be with him for his fisrt walleye, and ice fishing adventure.
Forget the toys. Human beings are the happiness in this world.
I love you Dan!

Okay you asked for it- I have an older rusted out Dodge 4x4, a 12 ft boat that only leaks where I've attempted to repair it, a 9.9 hp Merc or should I say 5.0 hp because it only runs on one cylinder most of the time, an Eagle fish finder that has the lens scratched so bad we just draw fish on with erasable marker, can't tell you what kind of rods and reels I own because I can't find them, I kinda remember seeing them laying on the roof of the truck last trip. Oh, did I forget to mention that I also have a worn blow up doll that I don't need no more, since I got married. I was thinking of posting it on the swap board, any one interested? :)

SOUNDS LIKE MY BOAT IS BETTER THAN YOUR BOAT ! grandpa said fish don't care .THEY JUST WANNA KNOW WHATS IN THE BAIT CAN .jim
Well, with a little luck Jesse will have figured out by now that the majority of the people that frequent this board just don't care to hear about his toys. If this kind of "mine is bigger than yours" crap starts on this board it will degrade the quality of the posts and the quality of the people that frequent it.
