Does anyone know if Berkley still makes this rod and where I might be able to find one? I had a seven foot one and now I can't find one anywhere. This by far has been my favorite rod. Thanks for all the help.

This rod is no longer available. I loved those handles too. The closest thing available now would be either the Lightning Rod professional Series or the Series One rods. Both of these blanks are very comparable to the rod you are looking for, but do not have the handle. Try to Fisherman's Factory Outlet store. They may be able to help you. You can find a link to their site by going to www.purefishing.com

Good Luck in your search.

As Johnny stated the Roach rods are no longer available. Like you, I really liked mine. I broke mine and they replaced it with a Series One 7' Med action. I like this rod equally as well, if not better than, the Gary Roach rod. Here's the link to the Berkley web site for the model I have: http://www.berkley-fishing.com/products/Detail.cfm?PassProductInfoId=5435&PassPrevious=1090&PassLevel=2

Berkley does not offer the Pulse rods any longer, however they still have Roach rods. They are called Gary Roach Professional Series Lightning rods.
I have a number of them and really like them, especially for the price. I really like the handles and they are very sensitive.

Anxious,
Not only is he one of the greatest but he is the nicest man you can meet. He really took some time and explained some of the most simplest presentations to me when I first got into walleye fishing. Here was a legend and me an infant to walleye fishing and he had the patience to explain to me what a whistle jig was and how to use it. You have to go to one of his seminars if you have not already. I will always remember this for the rest of my life. What a "down to earth" kind of guy.
