Its a 70 lb auto pilot, 24 volt that will shut off on 4 or above after about 30 minutes of use. Can turn back on and runs fine under 4. Battery lights still say 3 lights. I am using the wireless control. Any body ever have this problem? Could it be circuit breaker? Thanks for any help and our walleye are up the rivers here in s/w mo and n/w ar. With water temps running 50- 58.:bangin:

I would suggest you have a poor connection (resistive) somewhere, which reduces the voltage to your TM under load, while allowing the battery test to indicate good. While running at level 4, test the battery, it should still have 2 lights. If you get 1 or none, check all your connections.

a 70# 24V TM can pull 42 amps, so check your circuit breaker. If it is the auto-resetting type, it will reset itself once the load is removed. However, like any circuit breaker, they weaken the more they "pop", so you may want to replace yours. Also, while your checking things, check what gauge wire you have running from the batteries to the plug. You should have at least 8 AWG gauge wire, 6 would be better.

If you have auto reset in line fuses, replace them. I had that happen to me.
