I have a cut out for the left side of walleye Master spash guard. It's for the tallest size; I believe 19". It has the rubber, cut out templete, a couple extra studs and nuts, and the bracket that holds the rubber piece in place. Its not for the vantage. If you need a picture I can get one for you.
