Lowrance X-96

I'm looking for a locator for the bow of my rig. I took a look and liked these units. Do any of you have one? Are you satisfied with it? Does Lowrance still service this unit? It is new in the box.

They're good units for what they are, which is an entry-level sonar. I've never heard of any issues or recurring problems with them. They were a current unit last season so I assume Lowrance will continue to service them for a while.
