Have been looking at a Starcraft Freedom 18. Anyone have one or have an opinion on one.

I used one while at evergreen lodge on lac suel may 29th thru june 5th.
They replaced their camp boats with feedom 18 footers with 60 hp tiller yammies, was a very room boat.I had my daughter, wife, father and my 2 year old lab all in with gear. The boat took some 4 footers on one day very well. The boats he had were rigged with 2 live wells.A few years ago on minnataki I rode in a camp boat that was a lund outfitter I preffer the starcraft for room and ride.Just my opinion..............

great ride and an excellent no frills boat, there aare a couple that float off of my home dock. I wouldn't trade my outfitter for one as the layout and storage of my outfitter is perfect for me and my style, but that is exactly what buying a boat is all about. You get the one that fits you and your style and not someone else's.

Old post, but this boat model has now 4 years of production. Bigger wider than an Alaskan and 20% less.

Anyone here replace their 1800 Alaskan with this or own one?
