I am from MT, and am from Havre - originally. I am curious as to the current water conditions in your area.
I know that the milk, and parts of the missouri - were very very low for the last couple of years.
My brother - indicated that they have a heavier snow pack in the mountains, but am wondering if that is going to raise the river levels much??
