OK ,.if you don't know much about Omega 3s you "oughta".....however,My question though is,..has anyone seen a chart that lists Omega 3's in freshwater fish? try as I might I can't seem to find and references to same. I found some bad news in that most of the Atlantic salmon sold now (once a great source of Omega 3s) have very little because they are farmed instead of sea run.

PS..I was just at a Ed. seminar and some recent studies show after about 3-4 months of O-3 therapy (and reducing omega-6s) that it gave as much arthritis relief as the most powerful of anti inflammatories w/o the nasty side effects of those.( Klemer et al Albany Med center) Not to mention reduction of heart disease, cancer and depression, etc,..not snake oil but fish oil.
