So my old trailer is kaput. I think given the economy my 97 Lund 1900 ProV will need to last a couple more years. Anyone care to recommend a trailer dealer in the Chicago/Milwaukee area??

thanks

Have you looked at Kendor Marine on Ryan Road, just S of MKE?

Main Marine and Ski in Racine, M-W Marine in Milwaukee/Hales Corners are Lund Dealers in SE WI. They would carry ShoreLand'r, and probably Trailmaster, Eagle, and/or Prestige trailers. The latter 3 are made specifically to fit your hull.

When I needed to replace my trailer, I went with ez-junker. What a mistake that was. Everything major was defective. ez-junker would not stand behind it, and they told me to keep going back to the dealer until it was fixed. What a pain. So, a word to the wise, STAY AWAY FROM EZ-JUNKER.

First off thanks for pointing me at places to check everyone. Both axles are done and I am tired of buying new tires every year. So I can get a different trailer or trade the whole thing in for another boat. I took it to a few trailer places and they were not confidence that simply replacing the axles was a good ideal.

I recomend Jerry's Sport Service (608-365-4520) in Beloit WI. Talk to Beaver. I'm sure he can help you out.
