Wow, 40 lbs. These Lake Erie tournaments always has big sacks. I think there is an error on the leaderboard...It says Red Wing ;-)

It DID look like an Erie basket too! Good look'n Walleye in his basket...no Sauger.

Some of the pictures I have seen made it look like there were some huge sauger that came in also.

Your eyes are not deceiving you. There are some huge Saugers being caught. I had one in prefishing go close to 5 pounds myself. :)

Looks like this is going to be a great tournament and so far the locals seem to have the advantage. It would be hard to bet against Nick Johnson, but it is going to be fun to watch. What a fishery! :raisin:
