I am adding a Lowrance 520c next to a Garmin 250c on the bow of my boat. The Garmin is connected to a accessory power cable that is part of the original boat wiring. Can I connect my Lowrance 520c to the same accessory power cable without having interference issues or having enough voltage for both units? The accessory cable looks like it has twice the size of wire as the power cables from the depthfinders. Thanks for any advice on my wiring.

Should be fine - depending on how many other accessories are being fed by the wiring. If the orignal acc wiring is fused prior to the sonars you may have to check the size of that fuse. The sonars usally run with a 3A fuse so they're not drawing a lot of current. Accessory feeds are generally set up with 10A or higher. Regardless if the acc line is fused or not be sure to install a fuse link for the Lowrance. Just follow the install guide in the manual.
As far as noise/interference - unless the Garmin is bad or wired incorrectly, connecting both to the single source won't cause a problem. Generally speaking noise generators are caused by motors (electric trolling) or items that cause varing current draws while operating.
