I have a LCX110 that worked flawlessly last season, right up until the boat was put away.
This season it has been nothing but problematic. Nothing was changed on the boat since last fall.
Started with getting a faint or no bottom reading at all. Checked the transducer installation angles and cleaned the face of the transducer.
Went out last weekend and it worked intermittently. It would work well then suddenly lose bottom and show 1.2 ft regardless of how deep the water was. It did this in 7 ft and in 60 ft.
I have checked all the settings, returned them to factory and did hard and soft resets and nothing works.
Does anyone have any ideas as to how I get this thing back workng the way it used to ? Could the transducer be bad and only work intermittently ?
