Tried my new hummingbird the other day , it didn't power up . It powered up in the garage when I installed it 2 weaks ago . any tips , I assume the roundish ball in the cord is the fuse , how dose a guy change it.

the "roundish ball" should pull apart... If the fuse is bad put a new one in...becare ful not to break the fuse when pulling out
