Since i now have a hunningbird unit, my first, my lakemasters chip will not work in the HB. So i am in the market for a new chip.....Which of the chips will be most desireable for fishing the ENTIRE bay of green bay and the ENTIRE winnebago system? Most accurate and most detailed..Thanks in advance

Nope Lakemaster will not work, been bugging them to make it happen but oh well

Navionics is a great choice go to their website and Premium 09 should do it, they have Hi Def maps of pretty much all the same as Lakemaster.

Your only option with Humminbird is Navionics.

Yea thats a bummer the lakemaster doesnt work in the HB products. I think that is one of the reasons Lowrance retains their market share.

The other reason being is the kick a#$ service you get from Linda Colt at Lowrance.

Last year I had heard a rumor that Lowrance was looking at buying Lakemaster.

HotMaps Premium N5.

We actually have more lakes than our friendly competition and the Bay of Green Bay has been surveyed last summer.

If you want to see some really awesome data., get the Platinum SD/HMPT #4. 3D, top down aerial photo's kinda like Google Earth), and panoramic pics of launch ramps etc.

Just curious as to all of you other posters on this thread. Where does Navionics need to improve to get your business? What do you think the Lakemaster has over Navionics?

Need to know so we can make a better product for all of us anglers.

as long as you're asking, Navionics should survey the Turtle Flambeau Flowage in Iron Cty, WI. It is a stump & rock laden body of water, a detailed survey (like LakeMaster did last in 2008, and is now offering for the Lowrance units) would be a great help, and allow me to buy a H'Bird combo unit. Talk to Gary Parsons. He lives near the TFF, and I know he has used the Lowrance/LakeMaster combo on it. Maybe you could swing him your way???
Thanks, HRG
