Sorting through the specs these three sonars seem pretty much the same except for power and price. Am I missing something important?
Eagle Fishmark 4800, 1500W, $200
Lowrance 125, 2400W, $300
Lowrance 135, 4000W, $400
Is there some hidden value that I'm missing for the extra C-note or two?

The two Lowrance units can be connected to their network, the Eagle unit can not be networked.

I have a Lowrance 4800M gps in the boat. Could I (would I want to) network to that?

It sounds like you are going to have a gps unit and a sonar unit side-by-side? If so there's probably no reason to network them. Networking's advantages are when you have units at multiple locations in the boat, or when you add sensors, or interface with your motor, etc.
