I really love my EliteTech jigging rod. Light, VERY sensitive, just the right amount of backbone, great action.

the fish eagle is a pretty good rod, I'd go wioth med heavey 7 foot, for bottom bounceing but vertical jigging you might want a shorter rod, compromise and go 6' 6"

They make two models specific to what you are looking for:

The Bottom Bouncer rod: EWC70M-M (1139453), 8 to 14lb test line, 1/4 to 5/8 lure wt, 7ft length, Medium power, Moderate rod tip, $139.99 retail

They have 4 jigging rods from 6'3" to 6'9". I would recommend stopping at a store to check them out. I have a few 6'6" Techna AV ML-F and really like the action. These rods may be built a little different but I would think the 6'6" ML would work fo most light jigging techniques using a 3/8oz jig or less. If you use a heavier jig then you may want to get the M.
